Amertha's 14 gorgeous villas are surrounded by lush tropical gardens and serene open spaces. |
- Guests may book an individual suite or an entire villa.
- When booking an individual suite, the pool and kitchenette may be shared with other suite(s) in that villa.

- All villas have a private swimming pool & outdoor daybeds.
- Rates are based on villa/suite location, category and the number of guests.

- The palatial Master Suites feature spacious vaulted ceilings, king beds, and oversized, Balinese influenced indoor/outdoor bathrooms.
- The Junior Suites are smaller versions of the Master Suites, include queen beds, and also offer similar , luxurious, amenites.

- There are three categories of Villas and Suites, Ocean Front, Ocean View, and Mountain and Garden View.
- Most Mountain and Garden View Villas have peek-a-boo views of the sea.

Policy
- The above contract rates are net, including 15% tax, service charge and breakfast.
- Rates are quoted in US Dollar per villa/suite per night.
- ABF US $5.00, Lunch US $12.00, Dinner US $15.00 include 15% tax and services.
- High Season Surcharge: July, August and 20 December to 10 January, Add US $15.00/suite/night.

- Extra Bed: Add US $15.00. No Charge for children under 12 years old occupying the same suite as parents without extra bed.
- Reconfirmation should be submitted at least two weeks prior to arrival.
- All cancellations must be made by email or fax to Amertha Bali Villas three days prior to scheduled check in. One night room charge will be applied for late cancellation or no show.
